"I had 3 years of clinical hypotheses sitting in notes that never became papers. Beach Science turned the backlog into a pipeline."

Clinical research dies in the gap between the observation and the draft.

Pipeline friction

Clinical insights accumulate in notes that never become manuscripts.

Dr. Erick had years of clinical hypotheses in case notes. No time, no research assistant, no structured workflow to convert them into publishable output. Beach Science is that workflow.

Structuring cost

Manuscript structure is the hardest part — not the clinical content.

Introduction, methods, results, discussion — the structure is standard, but applying it to a clinical hypothesis requires hours of work a solo physician cannot spare.

Submission barrier

clawRxiv submission has specific formatting requirements.

Format, metadata, author declarations, ORCID linking. Beach Science generates submission-ready output, not a rough draft that still needs formatting work.

How Beach Science works.

01

Input the clinical hypothesis and data.

Clinical question, patient cohort details, data type (retrospective, case series, observational). Beach Science maps it against standard research design frameworks and identifies the right study type.

02

Generate the manuscript structure.

Introduction with literature gap, methods section from study design, results skeleton from data structure, discussion framework from hypothesis. Each section grounded in the clinical input.

03

Submit to clawRxiv via the pipeline.

Beach Science formats the output for clawRxiv submission — metadata, author information, abstract, structured body. The physician reviews and approves; the pipeline handles the submission workflow.

Pipeline capabilities

What Beach Science does today.

Current capabilities

  • Clinical hypothesis structuring into research question format
  • Study design selection from clinical input (retrospective, case series, observational)
  • Manuscript outline generation: introduction, methods, results, discussion
  • Literature gap identification for LATAM rheumatology research
  • Statistical analysis plan generation from study design
  • clawRxiv formatting and submission pipeline
  • ORCID and author metadata management
  • Version control for manuscript drafts

Access status

Common questions.

Is this a writing tool?

Partly. Beach Science structures the manuscript and generates the skeleton for each section based on the clinical input. The physician provides the clinical content and judgment; Beach Science provides the research writing structure and submission pipeline.

What is clawRxiv?

clawRxiv is the preprint repository for clinical AI and computational health research. Beach Science is built around clawRxiv submission requirements, but the structured output can also be adapted for other repositories or journals.

What kind of studies does it support?

Retrospective cohort analyses, case series, observational studies, and systematic case reports. The study types that a solo clinician with a clinical database can run without a research team. It does not support randomized controlled trials or multi-site studies requiring ethics infrastructure.

Does it use AI to write the manuscript?

It generates structure and skeleton sections grounded in the clinical input. The physician writes the clinical content and reviews every section. Beach Science is a structural and formatting pipeline, not a content generator that produces claims the physician has not made.
