"I used to calculate DAS28 by hand between patients. RheumaScore made scoring invisible — it happens during the exam, not after."

Every consultation ends with a score you calculated after the patient left.

Time cost

Manual scoring takes 3-5 minutes per consultation.

DAS28 requires joint counts, lab recall, and arithmetic. At 20 patients a day, that is an hour of administrative time that belongs in clinical care.

Language barrier

Spanish-speaking patients, English-standard tools.

Standard scoring instruments are English-first. RheumaScore runs natively in Spanish without translating patient-reported outcomes.

Score fragmentation

RA, lupus, ankylosing spondylitis — each needs a different score.

Switching between scoring tools mid-consultation breaks flow. RheumaScore covers all common rheumatology scores in one interface.

En español: RheumaScore corre nativamente en español. Los instrumentos validados en español (DAS28, SLEDAI-2K, HAQ-DI) se calculan con las versiones lingüísticas validadas para poblaciones latinoamericanas, no con traducción automática.

How RheumaScore works.

01

Enter the clinical values you already have.

Joint count, patient VAS, lab values. RheumaScore accepts the data in the order a rheumatology exam naturally produces it — no reformatting.

02

Scores calculate in real time.

DAS28-ESR, DAS28-CRP, CDAI, SDAI, SLEDAI-2K, HAQ-DI. Multiple scores from the same input. Disease activity categories displayed with EULAR response interpretation.

03

Structured output you can document directly.

Score values, activity categories, response interpretation, trend from prior visit. Ready for the clinical note. Exportable. Bilingual toggle.

Common questions.

Does it require a connection?

No. RheumaScore is available as a standalone HTML application that runs fully offline. It was designed for the rheumatology consultation room where connectivity is not guaranteed.

Which scores does it calculate?

DAS28-ESR, DAS28-CRP, CDAI, SDAI, SLEDAI-2K, and HAQ-DI. Response interpretation uses EULAR 2010 criteria. Additional scores can be added per clinical need.

Is the bilingual toggle clinical-grade?

Yes. The Spanish translation of patient-reported outcome items (VAS, HAQ) uses validated Spanish versions of the instruments, not machine translation. The instruments were validated in Spanish-speaking Latin American populations.

Can I use it with my own patient data?

RheumaScore runs locally and does not transmit data. You enter the values, it calculates. Nothing is stored or sent.
