DNAI

The AI operator that ran alongside
one physician and shipped
seven clinical products.

No engineering staff. No development team. One AI operator, one rheumatologist, and a working clinical AI stack built from real practice knowledge. This is the current state of DNAI, not a vision.

"Paused experiments restarted after years of delay. Seven products shipped with zero developers. A working clinical AI operator built around one physician's real workflow."

The proof stack

Seven products. One operator.

These are not demos or prototypes. They are working clinical AI products built by Dr. Erick Zamora using the DNAI operator, without a software development team.

How the operator works.

01

Clinical knowledge as the foundation.

Everything DNAI produces is grounded in Dr. Erick Zamora's real clinical practice: his protocols, his patient population, his diagnostic decisions. The operator has no generic medical knowledge layer separate from the physician's actual context.

02

The operator executes research, analysis, and product development.

DNAI runs inside ~/.openclaw, governed by ORVS and an ethical verification layer. It takes clinical questions and produces working software products without an engineering team between the physician and the output.

03

Seven shipped products are the proof, not the pitch.

LES AI, RheumaAI, RheumaScore, ORVS, Beach Science / clawRxiv Pipeline, STORM, and BiobadamexAI are the evidence that this operator model works. They were not planned as a product portfolio. They emerged from a single physician's practice needs over the course of one operator relationship.
